• In episode 109, Jaden Yuki uses this card during his Duel against Axel Brodie. After "Elemental HERO Avian" attacks directly and Axel activates the effect of "Firewall" to negate the attack, Jaden activates this card to return "Elemental HERO Flare Neos" to his Extra Deck and Special Summon "Elemental HERO Neos" and "Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab" from his Deck.

• In episode 135, this card is shown in Jaden's hand during his Duel against Brron, Mad King of Dark World. In the next episode, "Elemental HERO Air Neos" (whose ATK was 3700 due to its own effect) attacks and destroys "Reign-Beaux, Overlord of Dark World". Jaden then activates this card to return "Elemental HERO Air Neos" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Elemental HERO Neos" and "Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird" from his Deck.
  • This is the only time this card was used on a "Neos" Fusion Monster that does not list "Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab" as Fusion Material.

• In episode 152, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Jesse Anderson while the latter was possessed by Yubel. He discards this card in order to activate "Super Polymerization".

• In episode 168, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Taigo Sorano. After "Elemental HERO Flare Neos" attacks and destroys "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8", Jaden activates this card to return "Flare Neos" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Neos" and "Flare Scarab" from his Deck.

• In episode 180, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Yugi Muto. When "Elemental Hero Magma Neos" (whose ATK was 6300 due to its own effect and the effect of "Neo Space") attacks "Dark Magician Girl", Yugi activates "Magic Cylinder" to negate the attack and inflict the ATK of "Magma Neos" as damage to Jaden. Jaden then activates this card to return "Magma Neos" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon "Elemental HERO Neos", "Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab", and "Neo-Spacian Grand Mole" from his Deck. Since "Magma Neos" left the field, "Magic Cylinder" is negated as it lost its original target.
