- Yanagi Tenzen Summons this on his first turn in his duel against Jin Himuro in episode 6.
- In episode 7, when Yusei Fudo duels Himuro using Yanagi's deck, he Summons "Crystal Skull" in Defense Position and uses "Curse-Returner Hitogata" to reverse the damage from "Crystal Skull" to Himuro. Himuro destroyed it by attacking it with "Great Bull Djinn".
