• This card's attack name in the English anime is Whirlwind Blade and Glissade Slash in the original Japanese.

• Alexis first plays this card during her first duel with Jaden Yuki. She summons it with "Polymerization". She then has this card attack and destroy "Elemental HERO Sparkman". Jaden then attacks this card with "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman" with "Kishido Spirit" preventing this card's destruction, however as there is one monster on Jaden's side of the field, this card is not destroyed by battle. Alexis then equips this card with "Fusion Weapon", increasing its ATK and DEF by 1500. She then has this card attack and destroy "Flame Wingman". This card is later destroyed by the effect of Jaden's "Elemental HERO Thunder Giant".

• Alexis next played this card in her duel against Titan. It is again summoned with "Polymerization". Since Titan controls two monsters, this card's ATK is doubled. Alexis is then forced to have this card attack "Archfiend Matador", however because of one of "Archfiend Matador"'s effects, it wasn't destroyed by the attack. This card is then destroyed due to another effect of "Archfiend Matador". Titan then takes no Battle Damage from the attack thanks to "Archfiend Matador"'s last effect. Alexis later summons another copy with "Polymerization". Since Titan now controls three monsters, the effects of his cards are negated. This card then attacks and destroys "Archfiend Matador", winning Alexis the duel.

• Alexis played this card one last time in her duel against Amnael. It is summoned via "Polymerization". She attacks, but Amnael plays a card that stops the attack. He then plays an unknown card that destroys this card. Alexis is then attacked directly by two unknown monsters(which were "Alchemy Beast - Salamandra the Steel" and "Alchemy Beast - Ouroboros the Bronze"), causing Alexis to lose the duel.

• In episode 50, this card appears in a series of flashbacks Chumley Huffington has when he sees his friends cheering him on and remembers all of the previous Duels his friends were involved in. Chumley then notes that there was something that all of his friends had taught him this year.

• In episode 62, this card appears in one of the many flashback bubbles Jaden sees in as he travels into Neo Space.

• In the anime, Cyber Blader was a Level 6 monster as Alexis was able to equip Fusion Weapon onto it. In the TCG, this card's a level 7 monster.
