"Dark Strike Fighter":

In the anime, "Dark Strike Fighter" could not attack and use its effect during the same turn.

In episode 21, Greiger Summoned "Black Bomber" and used its effect to revive "Trap Reactor Y FI". He then used both of them to Synchro Summon "Dark Dive Bomber". Yusei destroyed "Dark Strike Fighter" on his next turn by attacking it with "Junk Warrior" equipped with "Armory Arm".
