  • In episode 4, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Chazz. He summons this card on the first turn of the duel. Later Chazz activates the effect of "VW-Tiger Catapult" to switch this card into Attack Position. "VW-Tiger Catapult" then attacks and destroys this card.
  • In episode 5, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Titan. He summons this card through the effect of "Hero Signal". Jaden then activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Sparkman" in order to Fusion Summon "Thunder Giant".
  • In episode 7, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Syrus Truesdale. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Sparkman" in order to Fusion Summon "Thunder Giant".
  • In episode 10, Jaden uses this card during his Tag Duel with Syrus against Para and Dox. After Jaden summons this card, he activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Burstinatrix" in order to Fusion Summon "Elemental Hero Rampart Blaster".
  • In episode 13, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Wheeler. Because of "DNA Surgery", this card became a Beast-type monster. Jaden then activates "Courageous Charge" by paying 1000 Life Points. This card then attacks directly. The effect of "Courageous Charge" then activates, inflicting damage to Wheeler equal to this card's DEF and winning Jaden the duel.
  • In episode 14, Jaden is shown using this card while dueling Syrus during winter vacation. After Jaden summons this card, he uses this card to attack and destroy one of Syrus's monsters. The duel is interrupted due to Torrey crashing through the doors. Later Jaden uses this card during his duel against Jinzo. After Jaden summons this card, he equips this card with "Clay Wrap". He then activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Burstinatrix" in order to Fusion Summon "Rampart Blaster". This sends "Clay Wrap" to the Graveyard and activates its effect, allowing Jaden to destroy "Ectoplasmer". After "Jinzo" attacks and destroys "Wroughtweiler", Jaden uses the effect of "Wroughtweiler" to add this card and "Polymerization" from the Graveyard to his hand. On the last turn of the duel, Jaden summons this card and equips this card with "Clay Wrap". Jaden then activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Bubbleman" in order to Fusion Summon "Mudballman". This sends "Clay Wrap" to the Graveyard and activates its effect, allowing Jaden to destroy "Amplifier". Since "Amplifier" was destroyed, "Jinzo" is destroyed with it.
  • In episode 15, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Harrington Rosewood. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Burstinatrix" in order to Fusion Summon "Rampart Blaster". Later Jaden activates "De-Fusion" to return "Rampart Blaster" to the Extra Deck and revive this card and "Burstinatrix". This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
  • In episode 16, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Beauregard while the latter was disguised as the Duel Giant. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Burstinatrix" in order to Fusion Summon "Rampart Blaster". Later Jaden activates "The Warrior Returning Alive" to add this card from the Graveyard to his hand. He then activates another "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Sparkman" in order to Fusion Summon "Thunder Giant". Jaden then uses the effect of "Thunder Giant" to destroy "Giant Orc". After "Thunder Giant" attacks and destroys a "Half Goblin", Jaden activates "De-Fusion" to return "Thunder Giant" to the Extra Deck and revive this card and "Sparkman". This card then attacks and destroys the last "Half Goblin". This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
  • In episode 17, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Damon. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Burstinatrix" in order to Fusion Summon "Rampart Blaster".
  • In episode 18, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Dimitri while the latter was using Yugi Muto's Deck. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Sparkman" in order to Fusion Summon "Thunder Giant".
  • In episode 21, this card can be seen when Jaden is rebuilding his Deck.
  • In episode 22, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Bastion Misawa. He summons this card via "Hero Signal". Later this card attacks "Oxygeddon". Due to the effect of "Skyscraper", this card gains 1000 ATK during damage calculation only. This card then destroys "Oxygeddon". Later "Hyozanryu" attacks this card. Due to the effect of "Skyscraper", this card gains 1000 ATK during damage calculation only. "Hyozanryu" then destroys this card.
  • In episode 25, Jaden summons this card, "Burstinatrix", "Avian", and "Sparkman" while practicing for his Duel with North Academy's representative. Jaden tells his monsters to do their best for the upcoming Duel with the North Academy representative.
  • In episode 28, this card was shown in Jaden's hand during his duel against Gravekeeper's Chief. Jaden was forced to discard this card from his hand due to "Royal Tribute".
    • This card also appeared in a flashback Jaden has when it shows all the cards in Jaden's hand before "Royal Tribute" forced him to discard all the monsters in his hand.
  • In episode 29, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Nightshroud. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Burstinatrix" in order to Fusion Summon "Rampart Blaster". In the next episode, Jaden activates "De-Fusion" to return "Rampart Blaster" to the Extra Deck and revive this card and "Burstinatrix". After Jaden activates "Fusion Sage", Jaden activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Sparkman" in order to Fusion Summon "Thunder Giant".
  • In episode 34, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Kaibaman. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Bubbleman" in order to Fusion Summon "Mudballman". Later Jaden activates "Monster Reincarnation" to add this card from his Graveyard to his hand.
  • In episode 37, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Tania. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Sparkman" in order to Fusion Summon "Thunder Giant". Later Tania activates "Amazoness Call" to return "Thunder Giant" to the Extra Deck and revive this card and "Sparkman" under Jaden's control. "Amazoness Swords Woman" then attacks and destroys this card. Both players then pay 100 Life Points to activate the effect of "Amazoness Arena", inflicting 100 damage to each other. Later Jaden activates "The Warrior Returning Alive" to add this card from his Graveyard to his hand. Later "Amazoness Swords Woman" attacks directly, but Jaden activates "A Hero Emerges" to force Tania to choose one card in his hand. Tania then chooses a card and it's revealed to be this card, so Jaden summons this card in Defense Position. A replay then occurs and Tania uses her "Amazoness Swords Woman" to attack this card. The attack fails, but due to the effect of "Amazoness Swords Woman", Jaden takes all the Battle Damage that Tania would have taken. Both players then pay 100 Life Points in order to activate the effect of "Amazoness Arena", inflicting 100 damage to each other. "Amazoness Tiger" (whose ATK was 1900 due to its own effect) then attacks this card. The attack fails, but both players then pay 100 Life Points to activate the effect of "Amazoness Arena", inflicting 100 damage to each other. Tania then activates "Amazoness Trainer" to increase the ATK of "Amazoness Tiger" by 400 and allow it to attack again. "Amazoness Tiger" then attacks this card, but Jaden activates "Clay Charge" to destroy this card and "Amazoness Tiger" and inflict 800 damage to Tania.
  • In episode 38, Jaden uses this card during his duel against the Admiral. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Sparkman" in order to Fusion Summon "Thunder Giant". Later the Admiral activates "The Shallow Grave" to allow both players to Special Summon a monster from their Graveyard. The Admiral Special Summons "Orca Mega-Fortress of Darkness" while Jaden Special Summons this card. Later the Admiral activates the effect of "Levia-Dragon - Daedalus" to destroy all other cards on the field and all cards in Jaden's hand.
  • In episode 40, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Abidos the Third. After he Normal Summons this card, Jaden activates "O - Oversoul" to revive "Elemental Hero Avian". Jaden then activates "Hero Flash!!" to Special Summon "Burstinatrix" from his Deck and allow all Elemental HERO Normal Monsters to attack this turn. This card, "Avian", "Sparkman", and "Burstinatrix" then attack directly, winning Jaden the duel.
  • In episode 45, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Amnael. After Jaden summons this card, he equips this card with "Mud Max", increasing its ATK by 300. This card then attacks "Alchemy Beast - Aretos the Tin", but Amnael activates the effect of "Elemental Absorber" to banish "The Rock Spirit" from his hand and nullify the attack. Later "Golden Homunculus" (whose ATK was 3900 due to its own effect) attacks this card, but Jaden sends "Mud Max" to the Graveyard to negate the attack and summon "Avian" from his hand. Later Jaden activates "Burst Return" to return this card, "Avian", and "Bubbleman" to his hand. In the next episode, Jaden summons this card in Attack Position and equips this card with "Clay Wrap". He then activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Burstinatrix" in order to Fusion Summon "Rampart Blaster". Since "Clay Wrap" was sent to the Graveyard, its effect activates, allowing Jaden to destroy "Elemental Absorber". On Jaden's next turn, he activates "Fusion Recovery" to return this card and "Polymerization" from his Graveyard to his hand. Later Jaden summons this card in Defense Position. Later "Helios Trice Megistus" (whose ATK was 3900 due to its own effect) attacks and destroys this card. Jaden then activates "Hero Signal" to Special Summon "Sparkman". On the last turn of the duel, Jaden activates "Miracle Fusion" to banish this card, "Bubbleman", "Avian" and "Burstintraix" from the Graveyard and Fusion Summon "Elemental Hero Electrum". The latter's effect then activates, returning all banished monsters to their owners' Decks.
  • In episode 49, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Kagemaru. After Jaden summons this card, the effect of "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms" activates, Special Summoning a "Phantasm Token" to Kagemaru's side of the field. Jaden then activates "Sabatiel - The Philopsopher's Stone" to add "Miracle Fusion" from his Deck to his hand and place "Sabatiel - The Philosopher's Stone" in his Deck. Jaden then activates "Miracle Fusion" to banish this card, "Bubbleman", "Avian", and "Burstinatrix" from his field and Graveyard in order to Fusion Summon "Electrum".
  • In episode 50, this card can be seen in Jaden's simulation duel against Syrus. "Drilloid" attacks this card. The attack fails, but the effect of "Drillroid" then destroys this card. Syrus wins the said Duel after a while.
  • In episode 52, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Zane Truesdale. He activates "Future Fusion" to send this card and "Burstinatrix" from his Deck to the Graveyard and Fusion Summon "Rampart Blaster". Later "Cyber End Dragon" (whose ATK was 8000 due to "Power Bond") attacks "Rampart Blaster", but Jaden activates "De-Fusion" to send "Rampart Blaster" to the Graveyard and revive this card and "Burstinatrix". Jaden then activates "Elemental Burst" to Tribute this card, "Burstinatrix", "Bubbleman", and "Avian" in order to destroy all cards on Zane's side of the field. This card is later shown when Jaden counts up the number of Elemental HERO monsters in his Graveyard for the effect of "Elemental Hero Shining Flare Wingman".

Season 2Edit

  • In episode 58, Aster uses this card during his Duel against Jaden. He summons this card on the first turn of the Duel. Later "Elemental Hero Flame Wingman" attacks and destroys this card. "Flame Wingman" then inflicts damage to Aster equal to the ATK of this card. In the next episode, Jaden summons this card in Defense Position. Later Jaden uses the effect of "Fusion Gate" to banish this card and "Sparkman" from the field in order to Fusion Summon "Thunder Giant".
  • In episode 66, this card appears in a flashback Jaden has when he sees Wheeler as Bastion which makes Jaden remember his Duel against Bastion.
    • This card also appears in a flashback Jaden has when he sees Wheeler as Zane which makes him remember his first Duel against Zane.
  • In episode 72, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Howard X Miller. He sends this card from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via the effect of "Monster Register". Later Jaden activates "Miracle Fusion" to banish this card, "Avian", "Bubbleman", and "Burstinatrix" from his Graveyard and Fusion Summon "Electrum". Jaden then activates the effect of "Electrum" to return all banished monsters to their owners' Decks. Jaden then summons "Sparkman", which causes "Monster Register" to send the top four cards of his Deck to the Graveyard due to "Sparkman" being Level 4. After "Electrum" and "Sparkman" attack "Neo-Spacian Glow Moss" and fail to destroy it or inflict Battle Damage due to "Super Guard" and "Recycle Barrier" respectively, Jaden activates "De-Fusion" to return "Electrum" to the Extra Deck and revive this card, "Avian", "Burstinatrix", and "Bubbleman". Jaden then uses this card, "Avian", "Burstinatrix", and "Bubbleman" to attack "Neo-Spacian Glow Moss" with "Super Guard" preventing its destruction and "Recycle Barrier" preventing X from taking Battle Damage. With each attack, X loses the top two cards from his Deck due to the effect of "Glow Moss", which leaves him with only two cards remaining in his Deck. Jaden then activates "Instant Fusion" to fuse this card, "Avian", "Burstinatrix", "Clayman" together and Fusion Summon "Electrum".
  • In episode 74, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Princess Rose. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Bubbleman" in order to Fusion Summon "Mudballman". Later Jaden activates "O - Oversoul" to revive this card. This card remained on the field until the Duel was over.
  • In episode 80, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Alice. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Sparkman" in order to Fusion Summon "Thunder Giant".
  • In episode 91, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Lucien Grimley. He summons this card on the first turn of the duel. Later Lucien activates "Slash Draw" to destroy all cards on Jaden's field.
  • In episode 103, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Sartorius. He summons this card via "Hero Signal". A replay then occurs and Sartorius uses "Arcana Force XXI - The World" to attack and destroy this card. The effect of "Arcanatic Doomscythe" activates, inflicting damage to Jaden equal to this card's ATK. The effect of "Light Barrier" activates, increasing Sartorius's Life Points by the original ATK of this card. In the next episode, Jaden activates "Fifth Hope" to return this card, "Burstinatrix", "Bubbleman", "Avian", and "Sparkman" from his Graveyard to his Deck and draw three cards.

Season 3Edit

  • In episode 117, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Thelonious Viper. He Normal Summons this card on the first turn of the duel. Viper then summons "Venom Snake" and activates its effect to place a Venom Counter on this card. He then activates "Venom Swamp", which causes this card to lose 500 ATK since it had a Venom Counter on it. On Viper's End Phase, the first effect of "Venom Swamp" activates, placing another Venom Counter on this card and decreasing this card's ATK by 500. Since this card's ATK was reduced to 0 by the effect of "Venom Swamp", this card is destroyed. In Two episodes later, Jaden returns this card, "Avian", "Bubbleman", "Sparkman", and "Elemental Hero Wildedge" from his Graveyard to his Deck in order to activate "Fifth Hope".
    • In the second above-mentioned episode, this card also appears in Jaden's thoughts when he looks at his Deck and notes to himself that people put their hopes in him.
  • In episode 121, Jaden and his friends are attacked by a bunch of "Fiend Scorpions", but Jaden Normal Summons this card as a defense against them. Titan, the Rock Spirit then Normal Summons "8-Claws Scorpion" and activates "Book of Moon" to flip this card into face-down Defense Position. "8-Claws Scorpion" then attacks this card. Due to the former's second effect, its ATK becomes 2400 during damage calculation only. "8-Claws Scorpion" then destroys this card.
  • In episode 143, the Supreme King uses this card during his duel against Axel Brodie. He had sent it to the Graveyard at an unspecified point and through unknown means. Later the Supreme King activates "Dark Calling" to banish this card and "Burstinatrix" from his hand and Graveyard in order to Fusion Summon "Evil Hero Infernal Sniper".
  • In episode 146, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Zane. Due to the dark memories of the Supreme King haunting him as well as a mental block preventing him from using "Polymerization" and thinking carefully for other strategies, Jaden Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. Zane questions why he did that as he knows that this card has weak ATK and high DEF, so therefore he should have summoned this card in Defense Position. Later Zane activates the second effect of "Armored Cybern" to destroy this card and decrease the ATK of "Cyber End Dragon" by 1000.
  • In episode 155, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Yubel. He Normal Summons this card in Defense Position. Jaden then sends this card to the Graveyard in order to activate the first effect of "Rainbow Neos".
  • In episode 156, this card is shown in a flashback Alexis has when remembers her first Duel against Jaden and notes that even when he had a few Life Points and no monsters on his side of the field, he believed in the strength of his draws and stood tall.

Season 4Edit

  • In episode 158, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Trueman. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Bubbleman" in order to Fusion Summon "Mudballman". After "Mudballman" attacks "Meteor Dragon" and Trueman activates "Draining Shield" in response, Jaden activates "Fusion Shot" and equips it to "Mudballman". He then activates the second effect of "Fusion Shot" to banish this card from his Graveyard and inflict damage to Trueman equal to this card's ATK.
  • In episode 159, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Atticus Rhodes. He Normal Summons this card on the first turn of the duel. Later "Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon" attacks and destroys this card. Jaden then activates "Hero Signal" to Special Summon "Bubbleman".
  • In episode 167, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Vellian Crowler. He Normal Summons this card in Defense Position. Crowler then activates "Crazy Summon Gear" to target this card and the "Ancient Gear Soldier" in his Graveyard and force Jaden to Special Summon "Sparkman" and "Wildheart" from his Deck while Crowler Special Summons three "Ancient Gear Soldiers" from his Graveyard and Deck. Crowler then activates "Spell Gear" to send all three "Ancient Gear Soldiers" to the Graveyard and Special Summon three "Ancient Gear Golems" from his Deck and hand. The three "Ancient Gear Golems" then attack and destroy this card, "Wildheart" and "Sparkman". The "Ancient Gear Golems" that attacked this card and "Wildheart" then inflict piercing damage to Jaden. On the last turn of the Duel, Jaden activates "Fifth Hope" to return this card, "Avian", "Burstinatrix", "Sparkman" and "Wildheart" from his Graveyard to his Deck and draw two cards.
  • In episode 170, this card is seen when Jaden remembers all the cards that have helped him in past duels.
    • This card is also shown in a flashback Jaden has when he realizes that Sartorius must have slipped "Arcana Force 0 - The Fool" into his Deck when he was checking it.
  • In episode 171, during Jaden's duel against Sartorius, Jaden is forced to send this card from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via "Sowing of the Fool". On the last turn of the Duel, Jaden activates "Fifth Hope" to return this card, "Avian", "Burstinatrix", "Bubbleman", and "Bladedge" from his Graveyard to his Deck and draw two cards.
  • In episode 172, this card is shown in a flashback Jaden has when he realizes his "Polymerization" must have been tainted with darkness by the "Arcana Force 0 - The Fool" card Sartorius slipped in.
  • In episode 175, Jaden uses this card during his Triangle Duel with Jesse Anderson and Yusuke Fujiwara. He Special Summons this card via "A Hero Emerges". Jesse then activates "Trap Strap" to reset "A Hero Emerges" and Special Summon "Crystal Beast Sapphre Pegasus". A replay occurs and Yusuke chooses not to attack with "Clear Rage Golem". On Jaden's next turn, he switches this card to Attack Position. After "Flame Wingman" attacks and destroys "Clear Rage Golem", this card attacks Yusuke directly. On Jaden's End Phase, the EARTH effect of "Clear World" activates and Jaden chooses to destroy this card. In the next episode, Jaden activates "Fifth Hope" to return this card, "Avian", "Burstinatrix", "Bubbleman", and "Wildheart" from his Graveyard to his Deck and draw two cards.
  • In episode 178, this card can be seen in the background when Jaden makes his speech to Nightshroud about the bonds people can make with their Decks.
