- In episode 38, Carly Carmine uses this card during her Ground Duel against Sayer. She Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. Since this card is Level 1, this card's first effect made its ATK and DEF 200 (its ATK and DEF are equal to its Level times 200). The effect of "Future Visions" then activates, banishing this card, however this activates this card's effect, allowing Carly to Special Summon "Fortune Lady Fire" from her Deck. In the next episode, this card returns to Carly's side of the field via the second effect of "Future Visions". At the same time, "Fortune Lady Fire" returns to the field via the effect of "Slip of Fortune". Carly then Tributes her two monsters in order to Tribute Summon "Earthbound Immortal Aslla piscu".
- In the first above-mentioned episode, "Fortune Fairy Hikari" is shown transforming into this card as Carly transforms into a Dark Signer.
- In episode 58, Carly uses this card during her Turbo Duel against Jack Atlas. She Normal Summons this card on the first turn of the Duel. Since this card is Level 1, its ATK and DEF become 200 due to its first effect. On Carly's next Standby Phase, this card's Level increases by 1, increasing this card's ATK and DEF by an additional 200. Carly then Tributes this card in order to Tribute Summon "Fortune Lady Earth". This card's final effect then activates, allowing Carly to Special Summon "Fortune Lady Dark" from her Deck.
