Anime

  • In episode 21, Yuma Tsukumo uses this card during his Duel against Lillybot while the latter was under a crook's control. After he Normal Summons this card, Yuma activates "Wonder Wand", equipping it to this card and increasing this card's ATK by 500. After Yuma activates the effect of "Gagaga Magician" to make it Level 8 until the End Phase, he activates "Gagaga Thunder" to target this card and "Gagaga Magician" in order to inflict damage to Lillybot equal to the difference between the targeted monsters' Levels times 300. Later, "Recycle Rhinobot" attacks this card, but Yuma activates "Gagagaguard" to prevent "Gagaga" monsters from being destroyed in battle this turn, though he still takes damage. On the last turn of the Duel, Yuma activates "Star Light, Star Bright" to target this card and "Gagaga Magician" and make this card's Level equal to that of "Gagaga Magician" (Level 4). Yuma then overlays this card and "Gagaga Magician" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia". Because this card was used as Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon with another "Gagaga" monster, Yuma activates this card's effect to reduce the ATK of "Recycle Rhinobot" to 0.
    • When "Gagaga Girl" was first summoned, she refers to "Gagaga Magician" as "Gagaga-senpai", hinting that she is his apprentice. This is removed from the dub.
  • In episode 25, this card appears in a flashback Yuma has when he remembers meeting Lillybot and the latter became a new friend for them
  • In episode 26, this card is shown when Yuma is rebuilding his Deck for the upcoming World Duel Carnival.
  • In episode 27, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Striker Crossit. After he Normal Summons this card, Yuma overlays this card and "Zubaba Buster" in order to Xyz Summon "Muzurhythm the String Djinn".
  • In episode 30, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Tombo Tillbitty. He Special Summons this card via "Transaction Summon". Later Yuma overlays this card and "Gagaga Magician" (who was Level 3 through its own effect) in order to Xyz Summon "Melomelody the Brass Djinn". Because this card was used as Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon with another "Gagaga" monster, Yuma activates this card's effect to reduce the ATK of "Tomato King" to 0. After "Melomelody" attacks "Tomato King" and fails to destroy it in battle due to "Transaction Summon", Yuma activates the effect of "Melomelody" by detaching this card.
  • In episode 32, Yuma draws this card via "Monster Slots" during his Duel against Charlie McCay. Because this card was not the same Level as "Gagaga Magician" and "Gogogo Golem", both this card and "Gagaga Magician" are banished.
  • In episode 44, Yuma uses this card during his duel against Roku. After Yuma Normal Summons this card, he uses this card to attack Roku's set monster, but Roku activates "Mirror Force" to destroy all of Yuma's monsters.
    • This card is also shown when Yuma is rebuilding his Deck.
  • In episode 46, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Shark. It was sent to the Graveyard through unknown means. Later "Hammer Shark" attacks directly, but Yuma activates "Small Resistance" to target this card from his Graveyard and reduce the ATK of "Hammer Shark" by this card's ATK. The direct attack continues.
  • In episode 76, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Devon Knox while the latter was possessed by the Barians. He draws this card via the effect of "Coach King Giantrainer" while Devon draws "Mosaic Manticore". Since the Level of "Mosaic Manticore" was higher, Yuma takes 800 damage before the drawn cards are sent to the Graveyard.
  • In episode 77, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Carlyle Chesterton. He sets this card in Defense Position in order to prevent it from being sent back to his hand under the Duel's special circumstances, but Carlyle activates "Surprise Inspection" to switch this card to Attack Position. Under the special circumstances of the Duel, Caswell Francis tries to "suspend" it for violating the school dress code, but Yuma activates "Clear Robe" to try to prevent that by reducing this card's ATK and DEF to 0 instead (which the anime depicts as this card becoming invisible). However, Carlyle activates the effect of "Norito the Moral Leader" to negate and destroy "Clear Robe", so this card is returned to Yuma's hand. On the last turn of the Duel (which at this point has Caswell cease being the referee and declare the Duel to be a normal Duel), Yuma activates "Gagagawind" to Special Summon this card with its Level increased by one. Yuma then overlays this card and "Gagaga Magician" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia". Because this card was used as Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon with another "Gagaga" monster, Yuma activates this card's effect to reduce the ATK of "Chaos Xyz Simon the Great Moral Leader" to 0.
    • The suspension of "Gagaga Girl" is depicted by a comical scene: she is seen sulking while walking to the front gate of the school and runs crying to "Gagaga Magician" when she sees him there. In the dub, this is replaced by her materializing back into a card.
    • In the original, "Gagaga Girl" is in violation for wearing a short skirt. This reason is inverted in the dub, where she is in violation for wearing a long skirt.
  • In episode 81, Yuma Normal Summons this card during his Duel against an unknown Duelist. After Yuma cancels the Duel because Ray Shadows requested his help with a conflict between friends, this monster is seen sulking before disappearing. Later Yuma uses this card during his Tag Duel with Girag against Tori Meadows and Cathy Katherine while the latter two were possessed by the Barians. After he Normal Summons this card, Yuma activates "Level Lifter" to send "Gagaga Magician" to the Graveyard and make this card Level 4 (same as the Level of "Gagaga Magician"). After Yuma revives "Gagaga Magician" via "Monster Reborn", he overlays this card and "Gagaga Magician" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia". Because this card was used as Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon with another "Gagaga" monster, Yuma activates this card's effect to reduce the ATK of "Chaos Xyz Dark Fairy Cheer Girl" to 0.
    • This card is also shown when Yuma is rebuilding his Deck.
  • In episode 82, this card is seen in Yuma's hand during his Duel against Mizar.
    • This card is also seen when Yuma is shown rearranging his Deck.
  • In episode 88, this card is shown on Yuma's desk while Ray explains to Yuma he could see Astral from the beginning when he met Yuma.
  • In episode 94, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Vector (which was a clone that the real Vector created to fool Yuma). He Special Summons this card via "Gagagawind" with its Level increased by one. Yuma then overlays this card and "Gagaga Magician" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia". Because this card was used as Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon with another "Gagaga" monster, Yuma activates this card's effect to reduce the ATK of "Number 66: Master Key Beetle" to 0.
  • In episode 144, this card can be seen when Yuma is rearranging his Deck.
  • In episode 146, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Cathy Katherine during the montage where Yuma explains on Astral using the Numeron Code to revive the friends he lost and his normal life returning to normal.

Manga

  • In Rank 17, Yuma uses this card against Cologne. He Special Summons this card by the effect of "Chamelele Leon". Cologne then attacks this card with "Number 22: Zombiestein". In the next chapter, "Zombiestein" refuses to attack this card for being a female. Zombiestein, infatuated, offers Gagaga Girl flowers. Gagaga Girl rejects Zombiestein's advances and shows Zombiestein's appearance to him after taking his photo with her cell phone. The next turn, Zombiestein believes that Gagaga Magician is Gagaga Girl's boyfriend, to her embarrassment. The same turn, he activates this card's effect, targeting "Gagaga Magician", copying its Level of 4. Next, Yuma uses this card with "Gagaga Magician" as Xyz Material for the Xyz Summon of "Number 39: Utopia". Because this card was used as Xyz Material with solely other "Gagaga" monsters, this card's effect activates, reducing the ATK of "Zombiestein" to 0.
  • In Rank 23, Yuma uses this card against Eviluder. He Normal Summons this card. The same turn, The same turn, he activates this card's effect, targeting "Gagaga Magician", copying its Level of 8, which was increased via its own effect. Next, Yuma uses this card with "Gagaga Magician" as Xyz Material for the Xyz Summon of "Number 22: Zombiestein".

Scripted Duels

Despite Scripted Duels being based off the anime, this card retained its OCG effect.

  • In the non-canon Duel North American WCQ 2014 Special: Astral vs. Yugi, Astral discards this card to activate the effect of "Gagaga Gardna". Later, Astral Special Summons this card from the Graveyard with "Gagagarevenge". The same turn, this card targets "Gagaga Magician" with its effect, copying its Level of 7, which was increased via its own effect. Next, this card is used with "Magician" as Xyz Material for the Xyz Summon of "Number 11: Big Eye". Since this card was equipped with "Gagagarevenge" and was used as Xyz Material for "Big Eye", "Big Eye" gains 300 ATK. It can be assumed that this card's effect activates, giving "Big Eye" the effect of "Cell Phone Subtraction," but Astral does not activate it. The same turn, this card is detached from "Big Eye" as a cost to activate its effect. On Astral's next turn, this is one of the cards banished for the cost of "Gagagadraw".
