- In episode 42, Quattro uses this card during his Tag Duel with Trey against Yuma Tsukumo and Kite Tenjo. After he Normal Summons this card, Quattro activates this card's effect to send "Gimmick Puppet Dreary Doll" from his hand to the Graveyard and inflict 800 damage to Kite. On Quattro's next turn, he activates "Level Doubler" to double this card's Level, making it Level 8. He then overlays this card and "Gimmick Puppet Dreary Doll" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 15: Gimmick Puppet Giant Grinder".
- In episode 51, Quattro uses this card during his Duel Coaster Duel against an unnamed World Duel Carnival finalist. After Quattro Normal Summons this card, he uses it to attack directly and eliminate the Mustached finalist.
