- When Yami Bakura duels Yami Marik, Bakura summons this monster on his opening turn. When Marik's "Drillago" attacks and destroys this monster, Bakura activates "Fearful Earthbound" to make Marik lose 500 Life Points but Marik activates "Remove Trap" to destroy "Fearful Earthbound". Several turns later, the effect of Bakura's "Puppet Master" revives this monster, "Headless Knight" and "The Earl of Demise". On his next turn, Bakura tributes his three monsters to summon "The Winged Dragon of Ra", but Marik activates "Joyful Doom" to treat the ATK of the three monsters as 0 and gain Life Points equal to their total original ATK to his Life Points before they are Tributed which in turn renders "The Winged Dragon of Ra" useless for attacking.[1]
