(In the English dub of this series, this card was called "Hand of Destruction", and its effects were different, as explained below.)

• In episode 149, Jesse Anderson uses this card during his Duel against Adrian Gecko while the former was possessed by Yubel. He activates this card to make both players send four cards in their hand to the Graveyard and draw four cards in order to prevent Adrian from getting all five pieces of Exodia into his hand (as he had four pieces in his hand). Adrian sent four cards in his hand to the Graveyard ("Left Arm of the Forbidden One", "Left Leg of the Forbidden One", "Right Leg of the Forbidden One" and "Ritual of the Ultimate Forbidden Lord") and drew four new cards. Since Jesse had only three cards in his hand when this card was activated, he just sends the cards in his hand to the Graveyard (two "Delta Barriers" and one "Dual Gate") and draws three new cards. In the next episode, Jesse activates "Nightmare Shuffle" to take this card from the Graveyard and set it face-down. Later Adrian activates "Break the Seal" and activates its effect to add "Left Leg of the Forbidden One" from his Deck to his hand, but Jesse sends "Nightmare Shuffle" to the Graveyard in order to activate this card and prevent Adrian from getting all five pieces of Exodia into his hand. Adrian was then forced to send the four pieces of Exodia in his hand to the Graveyard and draw four new cards. Since Jesse's hand was empty when this card was activated, he just draws one card.

• In episode 27, a Knight of Hanoi used this card in a Master Duel against Lonely Brave. He sends 2 copies of "Steelswarm Mantis" from his hand to the Graveyard and draws 2 new cards, revealed to be "Soul Charge" and "A Feather of the Phoenix", while Lonely Brave sends 2 copies of "Green Baboon, Defender of the Forest" from his hand to the Graveyard and draws "Yellow Baboon, Archer of the Forest" and "Wild Nature's Release".
