- Bandit Keith summoned this against Joey after equipping Zoa with Magic Metal Force ,it destroyed Joey's Flame Swordsman due Metalzoa can now deflect magicial attacks back at the attacking monster, but it was destroyed by Joey's Chasm of Spikes.
- Metalzoa was also in Yu-Gi-Oh! Episode 060 in the case offered to the bullying duelist by Kaiba.
Yu-Gi-Oh! GX
- In Episode 24 of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, the Czar uses this card during his duel with Chazz Princeton. It, along with the original Zoa is ultimately destroyed by Chazz's Chaos End.
- It's later seen again during Lucien Grimley's flashback in which he loses to Czar.
