- In Chapter 10 of the manga, Yugi set this monster. It was easily destroyed by Kaiba's "Battle Ox".
- In the manga, it had 3 stars rather than 2.
Yu-Gi-Oh! (Toei anime)
- In episode 03, Seto Kaiba invited Yugi and his friends to his mansion. He showed them his collection of rare cards, including a copy of this card. Later, when Kaiba tried to trade a briefcase of rare cards for Sugoroku Mutou's Blue-Eyes White Dragon", this card was shown in two different takes of the top of the briefcase.
- In episode 08, Yugi Mutou Dueled a nurse puppet that was controlled by Ridley Sheldon. The duel was interrupted part-way through, and the episode showed a variety of cards used by both players, including this card.
- In episode 15, Yugi Mutou was having a friendly Duel with his grandfather, Sugoroku. In the last turn of the Duel, Yugi had "Violet Hecate" and Mushroom Man in the field. But Yugi was distracted and quickly jumped to take Risa Kageyama's telephone call. The Duel ended without a winner. When Risa was asking Yugi for a card as a present, this card was shown in Yugi's bed along many others.
- Later, in the same episode, this card was used in the Yugi's Duel against the Kageyama sisters. Yugi had this card in his hand, but did not play it.
- In episode 20, this card is used by Dark Yugi in his duel against Daimon. It was destroyed by Daimon's "Zombie Master".
Yu-Gi-Oh! (Toei film)
- A group of three unnamed children, who often bully Shougo Aoyama, open various booster packs of Duel Monsters in a card shop. One of them got this monster in the pack, along with Basic Insect and Skull Servant. The leading child commented that the monsters in the pack were too weak, and his friends agreed after opening their own packs. They left the shop and briefly meet Shogo.
Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL
- In episode 92, this card appears as part of the menu items shown by Tori Meadows to customers at the Monster Cafe.
