"Jawsman" then attacks this card, but Yuma activates his face-down "Bye Bye Damage", to prevent this card's destruction and make Shark take twice the Battle Damage he takes. On the last turn, this card attacks "Leviathan Dragon". Yuma then activates this card's effect to negate the attack by detaching "Gagaga Magician". Yuma then activates "Double or Nothing!" to double this card's ATK and let it attack again. This card then attacks and destroys "Leviathan Dragon", winning Yuma the Duel.

* In episode 3, Yuma checks his Extra Deck during his Duel against Mr. Kay and finds this card and "Leviathan Dragon" inside, much to his relief (Yuma is surprised to see "Leviathan Dragon" inside his Extra Deck). Yuma wonders if Astral took those Numbers with him when he briefly disappeared. Astral explains that Yuma has access to the "Numbers" that he had absorbed.

After Mr. Kay Special Summons "Super Crashbug" via "Bug Switch", the ATK and DEF of all monsters on the field are switched. "Terror-Byte" then attacks this card, but Yuma activates this card's effect to negate the attack by detaching "Goblindbergh". After Yuma activates "Overconfidence" to destroy "Super Crashbug", the ATK and DEF of all monsters on the field return to their original values. After "Leviathan Dragon" attacks and destroys "Terror-Byte", this card attacks directly and wins Yuma the Duel.

** This card also appears in Astral's explanation when he explains if Yuma had listened to him, he would have been able to Xyz Summon "Utopia". Yuma, upon realizing the mistake he made and what could have happened, quickly justifies that he already knew that.

* In episode 5, Flip Turner uses this card during his Duel against Yuma. In the next episode, this card attacks and destroys Yuma's "Flelf". On Flip's next turn, this card attacks "Baby Tiragon", but due to the effect of "Half Unbreak", "Baby Tiragon" isn't destroyed and the damage Yuma takes is halved. After Yuma activates the effect of "Stinging Swordsman" to return "Ultra C" and "Traitor Fog" (which Flip used on "Leviathan Dragon") to Flip's hand, the second-to-last effects of both this card and "Traitor Fog" give control of this card and "Leviathan Dragon" to Yuma. "Epser Star Sparrow" then attacks this card, but Yuma activates this card's effect to detach an Overlay Unit and negate the attack. After the ATK of "Dimensional Jet Iron" becomes 8000 due to its own effect, Yuma activates "Fiery Fervor" to double this card's ATK. "Dimensional Jet Iron" then attacks this card, but Yuma activates "Reserve Cyclone" to destroy "Furious Max's Curse". He then activates "Vector Change" to switch "Dimensional Jet Iron" to Defense Position and "Number 83: Galaxy Queen" to Attack Position. On the last turn of the Duel, this card attacks "Galaxy Queen", but Nelson activates "Star Sparrow Forever" to revive "Esper Star Sparrow" with 0 ATK and redirect the attack to "Esper Star Sparrow" (Nelson purposely activated "Star Sparrow" as he wanted to protect what he believed was his mother). This card then destroys "Esper Star Sparrow" and wins Yuma the Duel.

* In episode 9, this card appears in a series of flashbacks Bronk Stone has when he tells Tori Meadows that even though Yuma has never won against him at least once in the past, Yuma has recently been winning Duels against tougher opponents.

Scorch and Chills both note that this card is a "Number" like their respective cards, and so they accept to Duel him.

"Icebergdon" then attacks Shark directly, but Yuma activates the effect of this card to detach an Overlay Unit and negate the attack as well as take 500 damage from the effect of "Avalanche". Kite then activates "Photon Wind" to inflict 1000 damage to Yuma since "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" inflicted Battle Damage, but failed to destroy this card in battle. Later Yuma activates "Cross Attack" to target both this card and "Number 17: Leviathan Dragon" (whose ATK was 2500 through its own effect) in order to let this card attack directly. This card then attacks directly, but Kite activates "Lumenize" to negate the attack and increase the ATK of "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" by this card's ATK. After Kite prevents Yuma from activating his set "Mirror Mail" through the effect of "Photon Cerberus", he prepares to use "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" to attack this card, but Orbital 7 reveals to Kite his brother had collapsed, so Kite calls the Duel off so he could attend to his brother. Despite not losing the Duel, Yuma and Astral's spirits were broken as they were completely outmatched by Kite and almost lost everything.

** This card also appear in Astral's explanation on "Mirror Mail" and the strategy he had in mind for it. On Bronk's End Phase, the effect of "Gearspring Catapult" expires. Later "Dark Mist" attacks this card and Number 96 activates the effect of "Dark Mist" to halve this card's ATK and add it to the ATK of "Dark Mist". Astral manages to give this card and "Number 32: Shark Drake" to Yuma before ejecting him from the Field. Later Yuma, Shark, and Kite hold their signature Xyz Monsters when Yuma declares that everybody's future is at stake and that they challenge Dr. Faker to a Duel.

* In episode 69, Yuma uses this card during his Tag-Team Duel with Shark and Kite against Dr. Faker. He Xyz Summons this card by overlaying "Goblindbergh" and "Gagaga Magician". This card attacks "Number 53: Heart-eartH", but Faker activates the third effect of "Heart-eartH" to have it gain ATK equal to this card's current ATK by equipping it with "Garbage Ogre" from his Graveyard. Yuma then activates this card's effect to detach an Overlay Unit and negate the attack. Yuma then activates "Double or Nothing!" to double this card's ATK and let it attack again. This card attacks "Heart-eartH" again, but Faker sends "Garbage Ogre" to the Graveyard to prevent his monster from being destroyed by battle. Faker then activates the sixth effect of "Heart-eartH" to inflict damage to his opponent equal to half the difference in the previous and current ATK of "Heart-eartH" and activates the seventh effect of "Hear-eartH" to gain Life Points equal to the damage he inflicted. Later Shark detaches this card's remaining Overlay Unit to Special Summon "Xyz Remora" via its own effect and reduce the number of monsters required to Xyz Summon a monster that uses "Xyz Remora" as an Overlay Unit by one. After Shark equips this card with "Shield Fin", this card attacks "Heart-eartH", but Faker activates the third effect of "Heart-eartH" to have it gain ATK equal to this card's current ATK. Shark activates the effect of "Shield Fin" to reduce this card's ATK to 0 and prevent its destruction by battle as part of his strategy. On Shark's End Phase, the effect of "Shield Fin" expires, returning this card's ATK to its original value. Later, Kite uses this card to attack "Heart-eartH", but Faker activates the third effect of "Heart-eartH" to have it gain ATK equal to this card's current ATK. Kite activates the effect of "Shield Fin" to reduce this card's ATK to 0 and prevent its destruction by battle as part of his strategy. In the next episode, the second effect of "Number 92: Heart-eartH Dragon" switches all monsters controlled by Yuma, Shark, and Kite to Defense Position. On Kite's End Phase, the effect of "Shield Fin" expires, returning this card's ATK to its original value. Later "Heart-eartH Dragon" attacks "Number 32: Shark Drake" (Faker planned to use the third effect of "Heart-eartH Dragon" to nullify the damage he would take and inflict an equal amount of damage to his opponents as effect damage instead), but Shark activates "Escape Lure" to change the target to this card and halve the battle damage Faker takes. Yuma then activates "Half Unbreak" to prevent "Heart-eartH Dragon" from being destroyed by battle and halve the damage Faker takes. The attack fails, but the third effect of "Heart-eartH Dragon" nullifies the damage Faker would take and inflicts an equal amount of damage to his opponents as effect damage. Later Yuma overlays this card with its one Overlay Unit via Chaos Xyz Evolution in order to Xyz Summon "Chaos Number 39: Utopia Ray".

** In the first above-mentioned episode, Yuma, Shark, and Kite are holding their signature Xyz Monsters at the beginning of the episode as Faker prepares for the Duel.

** In the first above-mentioned episode, this card appears in a flashback Kite has when he realizes the problem with the effect of "Heart-eartH" as it gains ATK equal to that of the monster that attacks it and even if Dr. Faker takes damage, "Heart-eartH" will make Yuma, Shark, Kite take half of the damage they inflict to Dr. Faker.

* In episode 72, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Kite. He Xyz Summons this card by overlaying "Goblindbergh" and "Gagaga Magician". This card attacks "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" and Yuma activates this card's effect to detach an Overlay Unit and negate the attack. Yuma then activates "Flash Effect" to increase this card's ATK by 800 and negate the effect of all Effect Monsters on the field. Kite activates "Battle Simulation" to halve the ATK of both monsters and prevent them from being destroyed by battle, but Yuma activates "Double Bind" to double this card's ATK and negate effects that prevent destruction by battle. This card then destroys "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon". On Yuma's End Phase, the effect of "Flash Effect, "Battle Simulation" and "Double Bind" expire. In the next episode, Kite activates the effect of "Starliege Paladynamo" to reduce this card's ATK to 0 and negate the effects of all other cards on the field. "Starliege Paladynamo" then attacks and destroys this card. Later Yuma activates "Xyz Revival" to revive this card. He then overlays this card with itself via Chaos Xyz Evolution in order to Xyz Summon "Chaos Number 39: Utopia Ray". Yuma then detaches this card in order to activate the effect of "Utopia Ray". After "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" and "Utopia Ray" destroy each other in a Double KO, Yuma activates "Xyz Double Back" to revive this card and "Utopia Ray", but Kite activates his own "Xyz Double Back" to revive "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" and "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon". "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" and "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" then attack and destroy this card and "Utopia Ray" respectively, winning Kite the Duel.

He Xyz Summons this card by overlaying "Goblindbergh" and "Bachibachibachi" (who was Level 4 via "Plus Star 123"). Due to the effect of "Bachibachibachi", this card is granted the ability to inflict piercing battle damage. This card then attacks "Mechquipped Angineer", but Fender activates the effect of "Mechquipped Angineer" to switch it to Defense Position and prevent it from being destroyed. In the next episode, "Mechquipped Djinn Angeneral" then attacks and destroys this card since the former monster negated this card's first effect. On the last turn of the Duel, Yuma revives this card via "Numbers Evocation". Fender activates "Xyz Imprisonment" to prevent this card from attacking. Eliphas then activates the effect of "New Order 4: Etheric Anubis" to Set the destroyed card from the Graveyard  and allow him to activate it the turn it was set. Eliphas then activates "Mysterious Mirror" to prevent the battling monsters from being destroyed by battle and inflict the battle damage he would take to Yuma, but Yuma activates this card's effect to detach an Overlay Unit and negate the attack. In the next episode, Eliphas activates the effect of "New Order 6: Etheric Apophis" to reduce this card's ATK by 2000. "Etheric Apophis" then attacks this card and the second effect of "Rank-Up Advantage" negates this card's effects. Yuma then activates "Half Unbreak" to prevent this card's destruction and halve the battle damage he takes. Later Yuma activates "Rank-Up-Magic Numeron Force" to Rank-Up this card via Chaos Xyz Evolution in order to Xyz Summon "Utopia Ray Victory". This card is detached for the effect of "Utopia Ray Victory" at an unspecified point. In the following episode, this card appears in a flashback Shark when he realizes if the ironic fate that the friends he made as a human are now his enemies exist after he discovers he and Rio Kastle are truly Barians and that he is one of the enemies Yuma, Astral, and Kite are fighting against. In the next episode, Yuma revives this card via "Purge Ray". Eliphas then activates the final effect of "New Order 13: Etheric Amon" to attach nine cards from the top of Yuma's Deck to "Etheric Amon" as Overlay Units (as the number of cards removed from Yuma's Deck was equal to the difference in Ranks between this card and "Etheric Amon"). On the last turn of the Duel, Yuma activates "Rank-Down-Magic Numeron Fall" to Rank-Down this card via Rank-Down Xyz De-Evolution in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia Roots". When "Utopia Roots" attacks "Etheric Amon", Yuma activates the effect of "Utopia Roots" to negate the attack by detaching this card. The effect of "Utopia Roots" then attaches this card from the Graveyard to "Etheric Amon" (increasing its ATK by 100) and makes the ATK of "Utopia Roots" equal to the difference in Ranks between "Utopia Roots" and "Etheric Amon" times 100 multiplied by the number of Overlay Units on "Etheric Amon".

** In the first above-mentioned episode, this card appears in a series of flashbacks Yuma has when he tells Eliphas that while he has argued with Astral and got into unintentional fights in the past, they have both fought together no matter what form of pain or sorrow they suffer from.

** In the fourth above-mentioned episode, this card appears in Shark's memories as he remembers his fond memories with Yuma, Astral, and Kite before he ultimately chooses to help Barian World.

* In episode 123, Yuma plays this card against Mr. Heartland. He overlays "Gagaga Caesar" and "Gagaga Clerk" to Xyz Summon it after changing their Levels to 4 via the effect of "Caesar". This card attacks "Number 1: Infection Buzz King", but Heartland uses "Overlay Hunt" to negate this card's effects and attach its Overlay Units to "Baal Zebul". Yuma uses "Stop Hammer" to negate his own attack. He then plays "Double or Nothing!", doubling this card's ATK and letting it attack again, destroying "Baal Zebul". This card is then attacked by an "Infection Bug Token", which destroys itself but lets Heartland destroy this card in turn.

Barian Emperor Onslaught
* In episode 129, Yuma plays this card against Alito. He overlays Gagaga Magician and Gagaga Child to Xyz Summon it after changing the Level of "Child" to 4 via its on effect. Alito detachs an Overlay Unit from ""Chaos Number 105: Battlin' Boxer Comet Cestus" to destroy it, inflicting its ATK as damage to Yuma. This card is later banished by Number 80: Rhapsody in Berserk's effect along with all of Yuma's other monster that were in his graveyard.

* In episode 138, Yuma plays this card while teaming with Nash against Don Thousand. He overlays "Gagaga Magician" and "Toy Knight" to Xyz Summon it. Thousand negates the Summon with "Numeron Xyz Revision", Special Summoning "Ganbara Knight" in its place. In the next episode,  this card appears in a flashback to that scence. In episode 140, Yuma revives this card with "Re-Xyz", but Thousand uses the effect of "Number C1000: Numeronius" to negate the Summon and bring out "Chaos Number 39: Utopia Ray Victory" in its place. The effect of "Numeronius" then Special Summons this card to Thousand's side of the field during the End Phase. It is destroyed by the effect of Yuma's "Number 100: Numeron Dragon". Yuma revives it with "Utopia Rising" and gives it the Overlay Units of Nash's "Number 73: Abyss Splash" with "Bonds of Hope". In the next episode, Yuma uses the effect of "Utopia Rising" to allow this card to use the effects of all Xyz Monsters he controls, letting it use the effects of "Abyss Splash" and "Numeron Dragon". Using those effects, he increases the ATK of this card to 10200. This card attacks "Number iC1000: Numeronius Numeronia", but Thousand detaches an Overlay Unit to negate the attack and gain Life Points equal to the ATK of this card. Yuma plays "Double or Nothing!", letting this card attack again with its ATK doubled to a record breaking 20400. It attacks and destroys "Numeronius Numeronia", winning Yuma and Nash the Duel.

* In episode 141, Yuma plays this card against Nash. He overlays "Gagaga Clerk" and "Gagaga Caesar" to Xyz Summon it after changing  the Levels of both monsters to 4 via the effect of "Caesar". He equips it with "Utopia Sword", increasing its ATK by 800 and letting it attack and destroy "Number C101: Silent Honor DARK". He then uses the effect of "Hope Sword", sending it to the Graveyard to destroy all other cards on the field. In the next episode, Nash negates this card's effects by using the effect of "Number C107: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" via "CXyz Barian Hope". He then reduces the ATK of this card to 0 with the effect of "Number C102: Archfiend Seraph" via "Barian Hope". He finally destroys this card with the effect of "Comet Cestus" via "Barian Hope". Yuma revives this card with "Overlay Reborn" and uses "Rank-Up-Magic Astral Force" to Rank-Up this card into "Number 39: Utopia Beyond". In the next episode, Yuma revives this card with the effect of "Utopia Beyond" by banishing that card and gaining 1250 Life Points. This card attacks "Black Ray Lancer", but Nash uses the effect of the "Friller Shark" in his Graveyard, banishing it to negate the attack and decrease this card's ATK by 500. Yuma attaches "Damage Take-Over" to this card as an Overlay Unit when Nash uses the effect of "Submersible Carrier Aero Shark", reducing the damage to 0 by subtracting the damage from the ATK of this card. "Black Ray Lancer" attacks this card, but Yuma detaches an Overlay Unit to negate the attack. "Aero Shark" attacks this card, but it is not destroyed since "Aero Shark" is not a "Number" monster. Yuma equips this card with "ZW - Sylphid Wing", increasing its ATK to 4000. It attacks "Barian Hope", but Nash negates the attack with "Draw of Fate". Yuma plays "Double or Nothing!" to double this card's ATK and let it attack again, but has a change of heart and uses the effect of "Sylphid Wing" to attach it to this card as an Overlay Unit, then detach it to negate his own attack. This move wins him the Duel, as the effect of Nash's "Glory of the Seven Emperors" defeats him. Had Yuma continued the attack, he would have lost.

* In episode 144, Astral plays this card against Yuma. He overlays "Parallel Unit" and "Solid Overlay" to Xyz Summon it. He uses "Double-Rank-Up-Magic Utopia Force" to detach its Overlay Units, Special Summon "Utopia Beyond" and "Utopia Ray Victory" and attach one Overlay Unit to each of them. This card attacks and destroys Yuma's "Dododo Warrior", letting Astral activate "Rank-Up-Magic Dark Force", sending this card to the Graveyard to Special Summon "Chaos Number 39: Utopia Ray V" with its effects negated. As this card was sent to the Graveyard, Astral then uses "Grave Chaos" to Special Summon "Chaos Number 39: Utopia Ray" with its effects negated. Astral uses the effect of "Utopia Beyond" to banish "Number 25: Force Focus", Special Summon this card and gain 1250 Life Points. In the next episode, Astral attaches "Heat & Heal" to his card as an Overlay Unit and gains Life Points. This card attacks "Gagaga Cowboy", with Yuma attempting to use "Half Unbreak" to prevent its destruction, but Astral negates it with "Absolute Buster". Next turn, Yuma attacks this card with "Cowboy", which would result in his defeat. Suspecting Yuma must be planning something, Astral detaches an Overlay Unit to negate the attack. Yuma reveals it was a bluff and uses "Light Wing Bumper" to negate the effects of this card and decrease its ATK by 800, letting "Gagaga Samurai" destroy it. Astral plays "Rank-Down-Magic Utopia Fall" in response, Special Summoning "Number 39: Utopia Roots". In the final episode, this card appears in the Summoning sequence of "Number 99: Utopic Dragon" and again when its presence in the Graveyard powers up Yuma's "Number F0: Utopic Future" via the effect of "Memories of Courage".

Shark attacks it with "Number 17: Leviathan Dragon", but Yuma uses the effect of "Utopia" to detach an Overlay Unit and negate the attack. Shark attacks it with "Jawsman", but Yuma activates his face-down "Bye Bye Damage", preventing its destruction in battle and inflicting 800 damage to Shark. On his turn, Yuma attacks "Leviathan Dragon" with this card, but negates his own attack by detaching the overlaid "Gagaga Magician". The monsters return and "Galaxy-Eyes" gains 500 ATK for each Overlay Unit this card had. "Galaxy-Eyes" attacks this card, but it is not destroyed, since "Galaxy-Eyes" is not a "Number" monster. Yuma plays "Cross Attack", preventing his "Leviathan Dragon" from attacking, but letting this card attack directly. Kaito plays "Photon Current", adding the ATK of "Utopia" to that of "Galaxy-Eyes" and redirecting the attack to it.
