- In episode 112, Chironex obtains this card from Vector.
- In episode 114, Chironex uses this card during his Duel against Shark and Quattro. He Xyz Summons this card by overlaying "Stinging Jellyfish" and "Silent Sea Nettle". Chironex activates this card's second effect to destroy "Saber Shark" and inflict its ATK as damage to Shark. Later Quattro activates the effect of "Number 15: Gimmick Puppet Giant Grinder" to destroy this card and inflict its ATK as damage to Chironex. Chironex then activates this card's final effect to Special Summon two "Kragen Spawns" from his Extra Deck and attach "Stinging Jellyfish" and "Silent Sea Nettle" to the "Kragen Spawns" as Overlay Units. In the next episode, Chironex revives this card via the final effect of one "Kragen Spawn", which also attaches either "Stinging Jellyfish" and "Silent Sea Nettle" to this card as an Overlay Unit. Later Chironex activates this card's second effect to destroy "Gimmick Puppet Giant Grinder" (who is treated as a WATER monster via "Jelly Rain") and inflict its ATK as damage to Quattro. After Chironex activates the effect of "Kragen Spawn" and it fails to destroy "Skull Kraken" (also a WATER monster via "Jelly Rain") due to "Shade of Strings", this card attacks and destroys "Skull Kraken". Later Chironex activates this card's effect to destroy "Number 73: Abyss Splash", but Shark activates "Cascade Barrier" to prevent "Abyss Splash" from being destroyed and reduce its ATK to 0. After Chironex activates the effect of "Kragen Spawn" to destroy "Abyss Splash" and Quattro activates "Celestial Strings" to revive "Abyss Splash" and attach "Number 40: Gimmick Puppet of Strings" and its Overlay Unit to "Abyss Splash" as Overlay Units, Shark activates the effect of "Abyss Splash" twice to double its ATK twice. "Abyss Splash" then attacks and destroys this card, winning Shark and Quattro the Duel. After the Duel, Quattro absorbs this card.
- In the second above-mentioned episode, this card appears in a flashback Chironex when he explains this card's final effect and why two "Kragen Spawns" were on his field.
- In episode 122, Mr. Heartland absorbs this card and "Number 3: Cicada King" from Trey and Quattro after Quinton realizes the harmful effect of the "Barian Number" cards and tells his brothers to get rid of them.
- In episode 123, this card and the other "Barian Numbers" appear after Mr. Heartland loses to Yuma and Astral. All four "Barian Numbers" are destroyed and incinerate Mr. Heartland.
