Yu-Gi-Oh!

• In episode 126, Joey Wheeler uses this card during his Duel against Yami Marik. Yami Marik could not guess the name of the first monster in Joey's Graveyard correctly since the first monster at the bottom of Joey's Graveyard was discarded by the effect of "Helpoemer" (He thought at first it was "Alligator's Sword", but he remembered that he banished that card from Joey's Graveyard through the effect of "Tribute Burial" in the previous episode). Because of this, Joey uses this card's effect to Special Summon "Jinzo" from the Graveyard.

• In episode 159, this card is shown when Weevil Underwood and Rex Raptor are taken to a vault within Paradius's headquarters that contains copies of every card in existence (with the exception of the Legendary Dragons and the Egyptian Gods).

Yu-Gi-Oh! GX

• In episode 81, Bob Banter uses this card during his Duel against Jaden Yuki. Jaden at first assumes that the first monster in Bob's Graveyard was the first "Quiz Panel" he answered, so he guessed that the first monster that went to Bob's Graveyard was "Quiz Panel - Obelisk 10". However Bob reveals Jaden was wrong and that the answer was "Quizzer Panel 9". Because of this, Bob Special Summons "Quizzer Panel 9" from his Graveyard.
  • A mistake in the dub shows the artwork for Reversal Quiz instead of Question.
