- In the Battle City arc of the Anime, Fusion Monsters could not attack on the turn they were Fusion Summoned. Quick Attack was the answer to this limitation.
- Strings introduced this card in his duel with Yugi Muto, after Fusion Summoning "Humanoid Worm Drake".
- Yugi Muto also used this card when he dueled Noah Kaiba in the Virtual World arc, as part of a One Turn Kill involving "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" and "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon".
- In the Battle City Finals, Seto Kaiba used this card in his second Duel against Joey Wheeler, after Fusion Summoning "Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon".
