In episode 145, Adrian Gecko uses this card during his duel against Aster Phoenix. When "Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord" attacks "Destiny HERO - Plasma", Aster activates "Plasma Discharger" to destroy the "Destiny HERO - Departed" equipped onto "Destiny HERO - Plasma" and end the Battle Phase, however Adrian activates this card to negate the effect of "Plasma Discharger" and continue with his winning move.
