"Revival Rose":

Akiza used this card in her duel against Trudge in episode 75. It was destroyed by Trudges "Stygian Street Patrol" on the next turn. Later on in the duel Akiza uses the effect of "Revival Rose" to Special Summon it from her Graveyard when her "Black Rose Dragon" is destroyed by Trudge's "Death Penalty", it was then destroyed next turn by Trudge's "Stygian Sergeants".
