In episode 60, Misty Tredwell used this card in her Ground Duel against Akiza Izinski. She activates this card after she activates the Field Spell Card "Mirror Labyrinth". On Akiza's turn, she draws "Evil Thorn". Due to this card's effect, Akiza is forced to shuffle "Evil Thorn" back into her Deck.
- When Misty activated this card in the anime, it revealed a flashback of both her and her brother Toby Tredwell. In this flashback, Toby gave a locket to Misty as a birthday gift for her.
