In episode 6, Jaden Yuki uses this card during his Duel against Titan. He equips this card onto "Elemental HERO Sparkman". "Sparkman" then attacks and destroys Titan's "Desrook Archfiend". Jaden then uses this card's effect to switch "Sparkman" into Defense Position. This card is later destroyed when "Skull Archfiend of Lightning" destroys "Sparkman" in battle.

In episode 10, this card can be seen in Jaden's hand during his Tag Duel with Syrus Truesdale against Para and Dox. In the next episode, Jaden equips this card onto "Sparkman". Jaden then activates this card's effect to switch "Gate Guardian" to Defense Position. Later Jaden uses the effect of "Fusion Gate" to banish "Sparkman", "Elemental HERO Avian", and "Elemental HERO Bubbleman" from his field and hand in order to Fusion Summon "Elemental HERO Tempest". Since "Sparkman" was no longer on the field, this card is destroyed.

In episode 16, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Beauregard (who was disguised as The Duel Giant). He equips this card onto "Sparkman". Jaden then uses this card's effect to switch the two "Half Goblins" into Attack Position and switch "Giant Orc" into Attack Position. After that resolves, this card is destroyed due to its last effect.

In episode 17, this card is shown in Damon's flashback where it was shown going down a waterfall as part of Damon's training montage.

In episode 21, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Bastion Misawa. He equips this card onto "Sparkman". Jaden then activates this card's effect to switch "Oxygeddon" to Defense Position. In the next episode, this card is destroyed after "Water Dragon" destroys "Sparkman" in battle.

In episode 57, Aster Phoenix uses this card during his duel against Zane Truesdale. He equips this card to "Sparkman" and activates "Guard Penalty". Aster then activates this card's effect three times to switch "Cyber Twin Dragon" to Defense Position, then to Attack Position, and then back to Defense Position. After that resolves, this card is destroyed. The effect of "Guard Penalty" then activates, allowing Aster to draw two cards (1 card for every time that "Cyber Twin Dragon" was switched into Defense Position).

In episode 72, during Jaden's duel against Howard X Miller, Jaden is forced to send this card from his hand to the Graveyard via the effect of "Purse with a Hole".

In episode 94, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Alexis Rhodes. He equips this card onto "Sparkman". Jaden then uses this card's effect to switch "Card Trooper" to Defense Position. This card is destroyed after "White Night Queen" destroys "Sparkman" in battle.

In episode 114, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Mr. Stein. He equips this card onto "Sparkman". Jaden then activates this card's effect to switch "Scab Scarknight" to Defense Position as Jaden figured out that "Scab Scarknight" is invulnerable to destruction by battle while it's in Attack Position only. This card is later destroyed when "Sparkman" is destroyed by the effect of "Scar-Knight".

In episode 146, Jaden sets this card during his duel against Zane Truesdale, but it was not played. Later Zane activates the second effect of "Armored Cybern" to destroy this card and decrease the ATK of "Cyber End Dragon" by 1000. Zane pointed out if Jaden had summoned "Sparkman" and equipped it with this card then he would have been able to use this card's effect to switch "Armored Cybern" to Attack Position, which would have allowed Jaden to use "Sparkman" to attack and destroy "Armored Cybern".

In episode 153, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Yubel. He equips this card to "Sparkman". The second effect of "Spell Chronicle" then activates, placing a Chronicle Counter on itself. Jaden then activates this card's effect to switch "Regenerating Rose" to Defense Position. In the next episode, this card is destroyed after Jaden activates "Neospace Wave" to send "Sparkman", "Elemental HERO Avian", and "Elemental HERO Burstinatrix" to the Graveyard and Special Summon "Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin", "Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird", and "Neo-Spacian Glow Moss" in their place.

In episode 165, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Chazz Princeton. He equips this card to "Sparkman". Jaden then activates this card's effect to switch "Ojama Yellow" to Attack Position. Later Chazz activates "Ojama Delta Hurricane!!" to destroy all cards on Jaden's side of the field.

In episode 180, during Jaden's Duel against Yugi Muto, Jaden sends this card from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via the effect of "Card Trooper".
- This card is also shown in a flashback Yugi has when he realizes that "Necro Gardna" was one of the three cards Jaden sent from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via the first effect of "Card Trooper", which is how Jaden was able to banish "Necro Gardna" from his Graveyard to negate the direct attack made by "Alpha The Magnet Warrior".
