When Alister disguised himself as Pegusus he used this card against Kaiba. Kaiba had prevented the Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon that Alister controled from attacking with Negate Attack so Alister used Toon Roll-Back. He sacrified the Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon to Special Summon the Toon Dark Magician Girl and then attacked directly with her dealing 2000 points of damage to Kaiba's Life Points.
This card was likely stolen from Pegasus after Mai took his soul.
