This is [[Maximillion Pegasus]]'s favorite card. It is owned only by him and is not available to the public.
This card did not have a [[Life Point]] [[cost]] in the "Duelist Kingdom" arc. This card allows the controller to transform his [[monster]]s into their [[Toon]] counterparts, as well as preventing them from being [[destroy]]ed or taking [[battle damage]]. It is implied that it could not be [[destroy]]ed by normal means. The conditions for destroying this card are unclear. In the anime, this card has been destroyed by the effects of "[[Magical Neutralizing Force Field|Magical Neutralizing Force]]", "[[A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon (anime)|A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon]]", and "[[XYZ-Dragon Cannon (anime)|XYZ-Dragon Cannon]]".

* In [[Yu-Gi-Oh! - Episode 027|episode 27]], Pegasus uses this card during his [[Duel]] against [[Seto Kaiba]]. After Pegasus explains parts of his childhood to Kaiba, he activates this card. After Pegasus' "[[Dark Rabbit (anime)|Dark Rabbit]]" [[attack]]s and destroys Kaiba's "[[Battle Ox (anime)|Battle Ox]]", Pegasus uses this card's effect to hide "Dark Rabbit" within its pages. Later, Pegasus [[Normal Summon]]s Kaiba's "[[Blue-Eyes White Dragon (anime)|Blue-Eyes White Dragon]]" (which he took from Kaiba via "[[Prophecy (card)|Prophecy]]") and uses this card's effect to transform it into "[[Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon (anime)|Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon]]". Later, this card is affected by Pegasus' "[[Shine Palace (anime)|Shine Palace]]", which increases the [[ATK]] of "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon" by 500.
* In [[Yu-Gi-Oh! - Episode 036|episode 36]], Pegasus uses this card during his Duel against [[Yami Yugi]]. After this card is activated, it transforms "[[Red Archery Girl (anime)|Red Archery Girl]]" and "[[Ryu-Ran (anime)|Ryu-Ran]]" into "[[Toon Mermaid (anime)|Toon Mermaid]]" and "[[Manga Ryu-Ran (anime)|Manga Ryu-Ran]]" respectively. After "Manga Ryu-Ran" attacks and destroys "[[Giant Soldier of Stone (anime)|Giant Soldier of Stone]]", it jumps back into this card's pages. After "Toon Mermaid destroys "[[Celtic Guardian (anime)|Celtic Guardian]]" in battle, it jumps into this card's pages. Later when Pegasus activates "[[Doppleganger (anime)|Doppleganger]]" to Special Summon the latter as "[[Summoned Skull (anime)|Summoned Skull]]", this card transforms "Doppleganger" into "[[Toon Summoned Skull (anime)|Toon Summoned Skull]]". After "Toon Summoned Skull" attacks and destroys "[[Horn Imp (anime)|Horn Imp]]", it goes back into this card's pages. In [[Yu-Gi-Oh! - Episode 037|the next episode]], "Toon Summoned Skull" would come out and attack a hat created by "[[Magical Hats (anime)|Magical Hats]]". The hat turns out to be empty and it's revealed Yugi and Yami Yugi had switched minds in order to prevent Pegasus from figuring out where "[[Dark Magician (anime)|Dark Magician]]". "Toon Summoned Skull" goes back into this card. Later "Toon Summoned Skull" comes out and attacks another hat, but that turns out to be empty too. "Toon Summoned Skull" goes back into this card. Later Pegasus activates "[[Magical Neutralizing Force Field]]" to destroy the remaining hats and reveal "Dark Magician". "Toon Summoned Skull" then comes out and attacks "Dark Magician", but Yugi activates "[[Living Arrow (anime)|Living Arrow]] to activate the effect of "Magical Neutralizing Force Field" and use it to destroy this card (and "[[Gorgon's Eye (anime)|Gorgon's Eye]]"). This causes Pegasus' Toon Monsters to become "Red Archery Girl", "Ryu-Ran", and "Doppleganger". Yugi then activates "[[Mirror Force (anime)|Mirror Force]]" to deflect the attack made by "Toon Summoned Skull" back at Pegasus's monsters, destroying them and inflicting the [[ATK]] difference between "Toon Summoned Skull" and the destroyed monsters as damage to Pegasus.

* In [[Yu-Gi-Oh! - Episode 074|episode 74]], this card appeared in a flashback Kaiba has when Yami Yugi reminds him about experiencing Pegasus' [[Millennium Eye]] back in [[Duelist Kingdom]].
===Waking the Dragons===
* In [[Yu-Gi-Oh! - Episode 149|episode 149]], [[Alister]] uses this card during his Duel against Kaiba while the former was disguised as Pegasus. He adds this card from his [[main Main deck|Deck]] to his hand via "[[Toon Table of Contents (anime)|Toon Table of Contents]]". Alister then activates this card by paying 1000 Life Points. This allows him to play "[[Toon Masked Sorcerer (anime)|Toon Masked Sorcerer]]", "Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon", and "[[Toon Dark Magician Girl (anime)|Toon Dark Magician Girl]]". Later, Kaiba activates "A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon" to destroy this card. Since this card was destroyed, "Toon Dark Magician Girl" was destroyed toodue to its own effect.
** This card also appears in a flashback Kaiba has when Pegasus reminds Kaiba of him losing their previous Duel and losing his soul as a result of being defeated.
