- In episode 69, Don Piero uses this card during his Ground Duel against Jack Atlas. He uses this card to draw one card by increasing Jack's Life Points by 1000. Piero purposely did this so he could Special Summon "Toichi the Nefarious Debt Collector" via its own effect.
Video games
- Damon, Laurence and Nova use this in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Tag Force. Nova uses it to help fill his Graveyard to activate "Exchange of the Spirit", while Laurence and Damon use it as part of their Goblin and Draw-themed Decks, respectively.
- Gunnie uses this with "Nurse Reficule the Fallen One" and "Bad Reaction to Simochi" in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2009: Stardust Accelerator.
