When this card was reprinted in Beginner's Edition 1 and the 25th anniversary edition of Pharaoh's Servant, the Red Cross on the monster's hat was replaced with a heart, very likely due to the Geneva Conventions strictly banning any use of that symbol outside of marking medical personnel, material, vehicles, and facilities in combat areas. This change was also adopted in video game appearances, permanently replacing the original artwork in all media and territories.
