- This monster's appearance references how Beelzebub is also commonly known as the "Lord of the Flies" in the Dictionnaire Infernal.
- The above religious connotations serve as the reason for the censorship of this card's name as "Infection Buzz King" in the English dubbed version of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime.
