OCG Rulings
- The effect that allows level 3 or lower Sea Serpent-Type monsters to attack directly is a Continuous Effect.[1]
- If the level of "Atlantean Dragoons" is reduced by 1 by the effect of "A Legendary Ocean", "Atlantean Dragoons" itself can also attack the opponent directly.[1]
- The effect that adds a Sea Serpent-Type monster other than "Atlantean Dragoons" from the Deck to the hand is a Trigger Effect.[1]
- If an Xyz Monster you control activates its effect, "Number 19: Freezadon" applies its effect that detaches 1 Xyz Material from itself instead when an Xyz Monster you control activates its effect, and an "Atlantean Dragoons" treated as an Xyz Material is detached, since that "Atlantean Dragoons" is not treated as being sent to the Graveyard to activate the effect of a WATER monster, its effect that adds 1 Sea Serpent-Type monster from the Deck to your hand except "Atlantean Dragoons" cannot be activated.[2]
