OCG Rulings
- Removing from play a face-up "Burning Skull Head" is a cost to activate its effect which returns "Skull Flame" to the Graveyard.[1]
- The effect of "Burning Skull Head" which returns one "Skull Flame" to your Graveyard targets one "Skull Flame" which is removed from play.[1]
- The effect of "Skull Flame" which adds a "Burning Skull Head" to your hand instead of drawing targets one "Burning Skull Head" in your Graveyard.[2]
