OCG Rulings
- This card targets the monster that was Normal/Flip Summoned.[1]
- Token Monsters are treated as Normal Monsters.[1]
- The halved ATK by "Shrink" is treated as the monster's original ATK. Thus, when your opponent Normal Summons or Flip Summons a monster, if you activate "Cloning" and then "Shrink" is Chained and targets the Summoned monster, then the ATK of the "Clone Token" is equal to the ATK of the opponent's monster halved by "Shrink".[2]
