A: Yes, it can. The effect of "Cyberload Fusion" prevents you from attacking with other monsters after its effect resolves, so from that point onward, monsters other than the Special Summoned monster cannot attack that turn.[1][2]
  • Q: When performing a Fusion Summon by returning materials to the Deck, if I return a Fusion Monster to the Extra Deck as the material, can I Fusion Summon that same returned Fusion Monster?
A: No, you cannot. A monster being returned to the Extra Deck as a Fusion Material must be a different copy than the monster being Fusion Summoned from the Extra Deck (the monster returned to the Extra Deck as material cannot be selected as the monster to be Fusion Summoned). Therefore, if you do not have a set of Fusion Materials available to use and the corresponding Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck that can be Fusion Summoned using those materials, the Fusion Summoning effect itself cannot be activated.
