OCG Rulings

• "If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can activate 1 of these effects." effect is a Trigger Effect. You choose 1 "●" when this effect is activated.

• You can only use the effect of "D/D Lilith" once per turn by activating 1 of the "●" effects.

• This effect can be activated during the Damage Step.

• "Target 1 "D/D" monster in your Graveyard; add that target to your hand." effect targets.

• "Add 1 face-up "D/D" Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to your hand." effect does not target.

• "D/D/D Wave King Caesar" can be targeted by the effect of "D/D Lilith". If you do, "D/D/D Wave King Caesar" is not added to your hand, and is returned to the Extra Deck instead.

• "D.D. Crow" cannot be targeted by the effect of "D/D Lilith". This effect can only target "D/D" monsters like "D/D Nighthowl" and "D/D/D Doom King Armageddon".

• "Add 1 face-up "D/D" Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to your hand." effect can be activated even if the effect of "Thunder King Rai-Oh" is being applied. The "Neither player can add cards from their Deck to their hand except by drawing them." effect is not applied to effects that add cards from the Extra Deck to the hand.
