OCG Rulings

• This card's effect that makes your opponent discard a random card in your hand and apply an effect depending on what it was is an Ignition Effect. (It does not target.)
• When this effect resolves, your opponent chooses 1 random card in your hand and discards it. If the discarded card is a card other than "Danger! Thunderbird!", Special Summon 1 "Danger! Thunderbird!" from your hand and draw 1 card.
• Discarding a random card from your hand is not simultaneous with Special Summoning 1 "Danger! Thunderbird!" from your hand and drawing 1 card. (Furthermore, Special Summoning "Danger! Thunderbird!" and drawing 1 card happen simultaneously.)
• This card's effect that destroys a face-down card on your opponent's field is a Trigger Effect. (It targets 1 face-down card on your opponent's field, and can be activated during the Damage Step.)
