OCG Rulings

• This card's effect that prevents it from being targeted or destroyed by card effects while there is a Level 10 monster on the field does not start a Chain. (It also applies during the Damage Step.)
• This card's effect that allows you to treat a Synchro Monster as 2 Tributes for the Tribute Summon of an "Earthbound Immortal" monster does not start a Chain.

In this situation, when my "U.A. Dreadnought Dunker" destroys the opponent's "Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca" by battle and inflicts damage, can I activate its effect and target "Earthbound Geoglyph"?

A: In this scenario, since "Earthbound Geoglyph" cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects while there is a Level 10 monster on the field, it cannot be targeted by the effect of "U.A. Dreadnought Dunker". Also, you cannot target "Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca" if it has been destroyed by battle, so if you want to activate the effect of "U.A. Dreadnought Dunker" in this situation, it must target itself.
