OCG Rulings
- "Must be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways." is not treated as an effect.[1]
- After this card is Fusion Summoned, if it is sent to the Graveyard, it cannot be Special Summoned with "Monster Reborn".[1]
- The "This card can attack while in face-up Defense Position, and if it does, this card's ATK is halved during damage calculation only." effect is a Continuous Effect.[1]
- If an Attack Position "Elemental HERO Rampart Blaster" declares an attack, and it is changed to Defense Position by "Enemy Controller" during the Battle Step, a replay occurs. In this case, you can either attack directly using the effect of "Elemental HERO Rampart Blaster" or cancel the attack.[2]
- A face-up Defense Position "Elemental HERO Rampart Blaster" can attack directly even if your opponent controls a monster.[3]
- If a face-up Defense Position "Elemental HERO Rampart Blaster" declares an attack, the opponent can activate "Dimensional Prison". In this case, "Elemental HERO Rampart Blaster" is banished by "Dimensional Prison".[4]

- When using this card's effect to attack from Defense Position, you apply half of its current ATK. So if it equipped with "Axe of Despair", you would apply 1500 ATK for damage calculation.
