- You cannot activate this card if there are no monsters in your opponent's Graveyard.[1]
- Q: Can I chain "Mystical Refpanel" to "Evil Mind"?
- A: "Mystical Refpanel" must be chained to the activation of a Spell Card that affects 1 player. You can chain "Mystical Refpanel" to "Evil Mind" if the "● 1+" effect was activated. If the "● 4+" or "● 10+" effects were activated, you cannot chain "Mystical Refpanel".[2]
