- Q: While the effect of "Gendo the Ascetic Monk" is applying, can I activate the effect of an Attack Position "Raidraptor - Ultimate Falcon"?
- A: While the effect of "Gendo the Ascetic Monk" is applying, neither player can activate the effects of Attack Position monsters. Therefore, the effect of "Raidraptor - Ultimate Falcon" also cannot be activated.[1]
