OCG Rulings

• "Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing all monsters you control, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways." is not treated as an effect. (It is a procedure to Special Summon a Special Summon Monster. Special Summoning this card using this procedure does not start a Chain Link. To Special Summon this card, you must Tribute all monsters you control, including face-down monsters.)

• This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand using the procedure written on the card. After this card is Special Summoned, if it is sent to the Graveyard, it cannot be Special Summoned with "Monster Reborn".

• The "This card's ATK becomes the combined original ATK of the Tributed monsters." effect is a Continuous Effect. If a face-down monster is Tributed, refer to the original ATK written on the card.

• The "If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent." effect is a Continuous Effect.

• You can Special Summon this card by Tributing an opponent's monster affected by "Soul Exchange". If you control a monster, you can Special Summon this card by Tributing the opponent's monster affected by "Soul Exchange" and all monsters you control. • Since "Summoner Monk" cannot be Tributed while it is face-up on the field, you cannot Tribute it to Special Summon this card. To Special Summon this card, you must Tribute all monsters you control, but since you cannot Tribute "Summoner Monk", you cannot Special Summon this card.
