OCG Rulings
- The effect that increases this card's ATK and DEF by 100 if "Castle of Dark Illusions" is face-up on the field is a Continuous Effect. (If "Castle of Dark Illusions" is face-up on either player's field, the effect is applied and it gains 100 ATK/DEF.)[1]
- The effect that increases this card's ATK and DEF by 100 during your Standby Phase while "Castle of Dark Illusions" remains face-up on the field is a Trigger Effect. (This effect does not target. It always activates once during each of your Standby Phases until your 4th Standby Phase if "Pumpking the King of Ghosts" gained 100 ATK/DEF by its Continuous Effect.)[1]
