OCG Rulings
- This effect targets 2 WIND monsters in your Graveyard and 1 card on your field for a total of 3 targets.[1]
- "shuffle both of those first 2 targets into your Deck" and "return the other to the hand" are treated as being done simultaneously.[1]
- The WIND monsters targeted when "Quill Pen of Gulldos" is activated can also be WIND Fusion/Synchro/Xyz Monsters. (In that case, those Fusion/Synchro/Xyz Monsters are returned to the Extra Deck, but the resolution of "return the other to the hand" is applied as normal.)[1]
- When resolving the effect of "Quill Pen of Gulldos", even if the card that was targeted to be returned to its owner's hand is no longer on the field, the resolution of "shuffle both of those first 2 targets into your Deck" is applied.[1]
