TCG Rulings
- If "Ryu Kokki" battles with "Dark Magician of Chaos", "Ryu Kokki" is destroyed and removed from play by "Dark Magician of Chaos"' effect, and "Dark Magician of Chaos" is removed from play because it is destroyed by "Ryu Kokki's" effect and removed by its own effect.[1]
Semi-Official Rulings
- "Ryu Kokki's" effect is applied after the monsters that are destroyed in battle are sent to the Graveyard.[2]
- Destiny Hero - Plasma: "Ryu Kokki's" effect would not be negated because it would not be face-up on the field when its effect is applied.[2]
