OCG Rulings
- The "You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "Shaddoll" or "Zefra" monsters. This effect cannot be negated." effect does not start a Chain Link.[1]
- While the Pendulum Effect of "Shaddoll Zefranaga" is being applied, monsters other than "Shaddoll" or "Zefra" monsters can still be Special Summoned if they are not Pendulum Summoned.[1]
- "Shaddoll Zefranaga" is treated as a "Shaddoll" and "Zefra" monster.[1]
- The "If this card is Pendulum Summoned or sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 card in either player's Pendulum Zone; return it to the hand. You must have a "Zefra" card in your Pendulum Zone to activate and to resolve this effect." effect is a Trigger Effect that is activated from the field or Graveyard. (It targets 1 card in either player's Pendulum Zone. It can be activated during the Damage Step.)[1]
- This effect can be activated if "Shaddoll Zefranaga" is sent to the Graveyard from the hand or Deck.[1]
- You can only use this effect of "Shaddoll Zefranaga" once per turn. If the "sent to the Graveyard" effect was activated, you cannot activate the "If this card is Pendulum Summoned" effect during the same turn.[1]
