OCG Rulings

•"This Card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set" and "This Card can only be Special Summoned by Banishing Bugman X, Bugman Y and Bugman Z" are not treated as effects. •Banishing 1 copy of each Bugman X, Bugman Y and Bugman Z is a Summoning Procedure to Special Summon this monster. •The effect of Super Bugman affects monsters that were on the Field before and after it began applying. •The effect of "there can only be 1 Super Bugman on the Field" has no classification.
