OCG Rulings

  • "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set" and "This Card can only be Special Summoned by Banishing Bugman X, Bugman Y and Bugman Z" are not treated as effects.
  • Banishing 1 copy of each Bugman X, Bugman Y and Bugman Z is a Summoning Procedure to Special Summon this monster.
  • The effect of Super Bugman affects monsters that were on the Field before and after it began applying.
  • The effect of "there can only be 1 Super Bugman on the Field" has no classification.
