Card Rulings:The Forces of Darkness
OCG Rulings
- This card targets two "Dark World" monsters in your Graveyard.[1]
- If you do not have two legal targets in your Graveyard, you cannot activate this card.[1]
- If an effect like "D.D. Crow" or "Disappear" is Chained to "The Forces of Darkness" so that one of the targeted monsters is no longer in the Graveyard at resolution, then the remaining monster is still added to your hand.[2]
Mentions in Other Rulings
- Tragoedia: If "D.D. Crow" or "The Forces of Darkness" removes the targeted monster from your Graveyard before "Tragoedia"'s effect resolves, then "Tragoedia"'s Level does not change.[3]
Previously Official Rulings
These TCG rulings were issued by Upper Deck Entertainment and have since been declared unofficial by Konami.[4] They were previously considered official and can still be correct, as long as they follow the official gameplay rules, or unless Konami has issued a ruling that says otherwise.
