OCG Rulings
- The effect of "The White Stone of Legend" is a mandatory Trigger Effect that activates in the Graveyard.[1]
- This card's effect will activate even if it is sent to the Graveyard by a card or effect activated at Chain Link 2 or higher.[1]
- This card's effect activates not only when it is sent from the field to the Graveyard, but also when sent from the hand, Deck, etc. to the Graveyard.[1]
Mentions in Other Rulings
- Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon: If you only control a face-up "Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon", you cannot activate "Burst Stream of Destruction". Also, you cannot add "Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your Deck to your hand with the effect of "The White Stone of Legend".[2]

- When resolving the effect of "The White Stone of Legend", if you have no copies of "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" left in your Deck your opponent can briefly check your Deck to verify, unless every copy of "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" can be accounted for in the Graveyard, Removed Zone, and on the field. (example: If all 3 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" are in the Graveyard, your opponent does not check your Deck) If a copy is in your hand, your opponent checks your Deck to verify (you cannot reveal a "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" in your hand).
