Japanese Rulings
- This card's first effect does not target.
- This card's last effect only activates if the attack strength becomes 0 by the effect of this card.
- If the monster original attack is 0, and Venom Counters are put onto those cards, they are NOT destroy since their attack strength does not becomes 0 as result of effect of this card. This also applied to monster with "?" attack and its attack strength is CURRENTLY 0.
- When this card is not on the field and a monster ALREADY had Venom Counters on it and its attack strength WILL becomes 0 if this card is activate (i.e. a 1000 attack monster with 2 Venom Counters on it). Once after this card is activate, that monster will be instantly destroy (since the attack becomes 0 by the effect of [Venom Swamp]).
