"Blackwing - Kogarashi the Wanderer":

Tuning aside, this card can be used as a beatstick, since it can Special Summon itself rather easily and has 2300 ATK, being even more powerful than "Blackwing - Elphin the Raven".

You can combo this card with "Torrential Tribute" or "Dark Hole" to Special Summon this card from your hand and leave your opponent's field empty.

This card can be used against cards like "Lightning Vortex", "Gravekeeper's Descendant", etc.

This card's second ability can allow you to Synchro Summon without fear of "Bottomless Trap Hole", "Tuner's Scheme", etc.

If this card's level is too high for a Synchro Summon, use "Level Retuner" to turn this card into a Level 4 Tuner monster

Follow this card up with "Level Eater" to get any Level 6 Synchro without the possibility of your opponent blocking it.

This card's level can be reduced easily with "Mischief of the Yokai", pairing up with a level 3 Blackwing monster very easily. Just make sure to anticipate this move by using "Mischief of the Yokai" in a quiet turn where it won't disrupt a good synchro opportunity you have on the field.
