- This card can be searched by "Crimson Gaia", "Vision Resonator", "Guiding Ariadne", "Sacred Arch-Airknight Parshath", and other generic searchers.
- This is a great counter card if "Red Dragon Archfiend" attacks and your opponent Chains with "Magic Cylinder". If your Red Dragon Archfiend is powered up to at least 4000 ATK, and your opponent chains one of the mentioned cards, chaining this card makes an OTK.
- This is also a good counter to Burn Decks.
- Activate this card if your opponent attempts to use the Spell Counter OTK and you have "Red Dragon Archfiend" on the field. It could save you from a massive amount of effect damage and win the duel.
- This card can reverse any burn OTK provided you can set this card and Synchro Summon "Red Dragon Archfiend" before your opponent is prepared to deal massive damage.
