- This card goes well with "Rank-Up-Magic" cards; as it allows you to summon the "CXyz" or "Number C" monsters as per your desire (provided you meet the other criteria, such as the Type).
- On this note, you can use this card's effect to reduce the Rank of a Rank 5 "Number" monster you control, such as "Number 61: Volcasaurus" and use "Rank-Up-Magic Limited Barian's Force" on it to Xyz Summon "Number C106: Giant Red Hand", and gaining its effect.
- This card is extremely powerful with Tellarknight Ptolemaeus. Xyz Summon Tellarknight Ptolemaeus, special summon Yellow-Bellied Oni, then use Oni's effect on Ptolemaeus. At end phase, attach a random card to Ptolemaeus. Because Ptolemaeus is Rank 3 now and can use his effect during the opponent's turn, you can summon Stellarknight Triverr on their turn, which can either clear the field during the end phase or interrupt a play.
