- Create an exelent Lockdown with this card, active A Legendary Ocean while you control Water Reflection of the Ice Boundary Normal Summon Needle Guilman as A Legendary Ocean downgrade its level Needle Guilman becomes into Lv2 monster and the Water Reflection of the Ice Boundary's effect is activated, for avoiding your opponet attacking active Gravity Bind , for controling your opponet monster's number use Kaiser Colosseum , and for avoiding your opponet Flip Effect Monsters active Royal Command , thus by A Legendary Ocean and Needle Guilman 's effects Water Reflection of the Ice Boundary becomes into a Lv1 monster with 1800 ATK points that can attack directly, your opponet won't be able to attack neither active Flip Effect Monsters neither put more monster if they already control 2 monsters, leaving to your opponet in a hurry.
