Card Tips:Elemental HERO Prisma

"Elemental HERO Prisma":

You don't need to use this effect just for Fusion Summons. It can also be used for cards like "Burst Stream of Destruction" and "Dark Magic Attack".

In a strictly-"Elemental Hero" Deck, a good target for this card's effect is "Elemental Hero Necroshade". On top of allowing you to summon "Elemental Hero Darkbright" or "Elemental Hero Necroid Shaman" more quickly, this also puts "Necroshade" directly in your Graveyard for its effect.

This effect can also be used in conjunction with "Elemental Hero Neos" and "O - Oversoul" to quickly bring a strong monster from your Deck to the field.

This card also can mimic any "Neo-Spacian" in a "Neos" deck and then be returned to it for the Contact Fusion with "Neos" or "Neos Alius". This actually helps "Neo-Spacian" decks quite a bit, as it gets around the deck-thickening tendencies of those deck types, and later, "Cocoon Party" can be used to summon many "Chrysalis Neo-Spacians" out of the deck to revive any of the "Neo-Spacians" in the Graveyard (or simply to provide Tribute Fodder).

You can use this card's effect to summon easily "Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon" by selecting either "Meteor B. Dragon" or "B. Skull Dragon" in your Extra Deck.

You can use this card on "St. Joan" to send "Marie the Fallen One" to the Graveyard, which will allow you to gain 200 Life Points each turn.

Keep cards in your Extra Deck so that you play Fusion Material Monsters just in case you end up controlling your opponent's "Elemental Hero Prisma". This works great with "Sanwitch", "Cyber Twin Dragon" and many other monsters.

Combine this card with "XYZ-Dragon Cannon" and its counterparts to send Union Monsters to the Graveyard and then revive them with "Roll Out!".
- You can also use Prisma as a substitute for the various "VWXYZ" "fusions" using this method.

Select "Gladiator Beast Gyzarus" and send "Gladiator Beast Bestiari" to the Graveyard while you have any "Gladiator Beasts" on your side of the field. Then, summon "Gladiator Beast Gyzarus", after attacking, you can Special Summon "Gladiator Beast Darius" and "Gladiator Beast Laquari" by returning "Gladiator Beast Gyzarus" to your fusion deck, revive "Gladiator Beast Bestiari" with Darius' effect, and then summon "Gladiator Beast Heraklinos".

If you don't have a "Gladiator Beast" on the field, here is an alterante method. Select "Gladiator Beast Gyzarus" and send 'Gladiator Beast Bestiari" to the graveyard. Then, special summon "Test Tiger" and tribute him to return prisma to the deck. Special Summon "Gladiator Beast Darius" and use his effect to summon "Gladiator Beast Bestiari", then summon said "Gladiator Beast Gyzarus" and destroy up to two cards.

Select "Sanwitch" with this monsters effect and send "Sangan" to the Graveyard to Special Summon "Sangan" with "Limit Reverse" etc.

In a "Destiny Hero" Deck, select "Destiny End Dragoon" and send either Fusion Material to the Graveyard. Then you can use "Over Destiny" to play a "Destiny Hero" up to Level 4.

The "Elemental Hero Stratos"/Elemental Hero Ocean strategy allows a duelist to repeatedly search their deck for any 1 "Hero" each turn, but it cannot search for "Neo-Spacians" (at least 1 of which is required to fusion summon most "Neos" fusion monsters). But if you search for "Elemental Hero Prisma", then you can change its name to any of but two "Neo-Spacians. That way, you can summon almost any fusion monster compatible with a "Hero" deck, more if you summoned "Elemental Hero Woodsman". Worst case scenario, (besides your opponent foiling you) is that you'd have to wait for an appropriate fusing card, which wouldn't be a problem if you were planning a contact fusion.

You can use "Elemental Hero Prisma" and "King of the Swamp" to Fusion Summon some Fusion Monsters without actually needing any of the real Fusion Material Monsters.
- Example: If you want to Fusion Summon a monster like "Dark Paladin" which has both of its Fusion Material Monsters listed, you can use "Elemental Hero Prisma" to send "Buster Blader" to the Graveyard and have "Elemental Hero Prisma" take its name and use "King of the Swamp" as a substitute for "Dark Magician" or vice versa. This is because when "Elemental Hero Prisma" takes the name of "Buster Blader" or "Dark Magician" it becomes one of the proper Fusion Material Monsters and so "King of the Swamp"'s effect can still be applied.

Choose Arcana Knight Joker, selecting Queen's Knight so it can act as a substitute for King's Knight's effect.
